Kringle Kompany reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at anytime, it is our desire to deliver a family oriented service and if at any time we do not believe this is the standard we will cancel service and address whether a refund is in order; if a deposit has been submitted for services the deposit will not be returned unless previously discussed, there are some factors out of our control that can change the dynamics of any situation in which case we would look at these on a case by case basis, thank you for your cooperation.
